Support your coworkers
Help keep the hospital clean
Answer phones
Book appointments
Collect health information at arrival
Enter client and patient data
Process payments
Manage client questions
Audit patient charts.
Requirements.
High school degree.
Some education beyond High School (e.g. Certifications, Community College, Work toward a bachelor’s).
At least one year in customer service or veterinary health industry.
Possess a positive, professional demeanor.
Willingness to get the work of the day done even when it’s outside of your primary role so that the entire team feels supported.
